identity seed in sql server not picking next val after getting tables from access

Hi All
I am converting access database into sql server and i am using DTS to import the database into sql server.My question is that my identity columns are not picking the next value for identity col,it picks some random value.I want this to pick the next value of the max value which it imported from access table ( autonumber column) what do i do
Any suggestions would be helpful
